Scale Army Careers is seeking a Go To Market Engineer to drive outbound campaign performance. This role blends strategy and operations for an AI-powered sales automation platform targeting B2B companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain compliant targeting lists using ICP matrices and suppression logic.
- Write and test cold email copy with a focus on outbound.
- Manage 100+ mailboxes and monitor deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmups).
- Run A/B/n tests across messaging, timing, and CTAs.
- Track KPIs including open/reply rates, meetings booked, and bounce/spam health.
- Present campaign performance insights in client meetings.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years in outbound operations, cold email, or GTM execution.
- Experience sending 10K–100K+ cold emails per month and managing 100+ mailboxes.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Instantly, Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot.
- Strong command of deliverability management and reputation health.
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
