Full-Stack Technical Lead
Our client is undergoing a significant restructuring of their web ecosystem, transitioning sales functionalities (HubSpot/Salesforce) from value delivery components (Nuxt.js) and simultaneously developing a new Learning Management System (LMS). This ambitious transformation necessitates robust technical leadership to design scalable platforms, modernize existing infrastructure, and ensure engineering efforts are directly aligned with core business objectives.
This pivotal role is for a Full-Stack Technical Lead who will spearhead technical direction, full-stack development, and DevOps strategy for both the Nuxt.js-based product portal and the newly built LMS. You will be instrumental in architecting scalable AWS infrastructure, guiding a dedicated development team, and acting as the crucial link between technical execution and overarching business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development and enhancement of the Nuxt.js product portal and the new LMS, focusing on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Architect, implement, and manage the AWS infrastructure, including DevOps pipelines and environment strategies.
- Oversee critical system integrations between platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and the Nuxt.js-based systems.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, championing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of high code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with executive leadership, marketing teams, and product stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.
What You Bring
- Over 5 years of comprehensive full-stack development experience, with a strong emphasis on backend expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Nuxt.js and Vue.js frameworks.
- Practical, hands-on experience with AWS services (RDS, EC2, Lambda) and DevOps tools (Docker, Terraform, CI/CD).
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing, mentoring, and guiding development teams.
- Excellent English communication skills and extensive experience working within Agile development environments.
