About the Role: Full-Stack Technical Lead at Scale Army Careers
Our client is embarking on a significant restructuring of their web ecosystem, aiming to separate sales functionalities (using HubSpot/Salesforce) from core value delivery components (powered by Nuxt.js). Concurrently, they are building an entirely new Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up. This ambitious transformation demands robust technical leadership to architect scalable platforms, modernize existing infrastructure, and ensure engineering efforts are perfectly aligned with overarching business objectives.
This role specifically seeks a Full-Stack Technical Lead to champion technical leadership, drive full-stack development, and strategically define DevOps practices across both the Nuxt.js-based product portal and the newly developed LMS. You will be instrumental in architecting scalable AWS infrastructure, leading a dedicated small development team, and acting as a crucial liaison between technical execution and broader business strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Lead development of the Nuxt.js product portal and new LMS, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Architect and manage AWS infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and environment strategy.
- Oversee system integrations between HubSpot/Salesforce and Nuxt.js platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, driving Agile execution and code quality.
- Collaborate with executive, marketing, and product stakeholders to align technical strategy.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong backend expertise.
- Advanced experience with Nuxt.js and Vue.js.
- Hands-on AWS and DevOps experience (RDS, EC2, Lambda, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD).
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Strong English communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
