E-mail Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

The E-mail Marketing Specialist at Scale Army Careers will execute high-performing email campaigns and automated flows that engage customers, drive conversions, and support fast-growing DTC e-commerce brands. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Strategists and cross-functional team members to manage retention calendars, craft persuasive on-brand email and SMS copy, and ensure flawless QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign & Calendar Ownership: Own the retention calendar, ensure timely, error-free sends, and lead client calls.
• Copywriting & Creative Production: Develop brand-aligned email and SMS copy and collaborate with designers.
• Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive QA on copy, design, functionality, and scheduling.

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years of email marketing and copywriting experience with strong DTC and retention marketing expertise, ideally within in-house teams or agencies and familiarity with platforms like Klaviyo and Shopify.
