Our client is a premier mountain resort and hospitality company delivering a comprehensive year-round outdoor experience, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and leisure activities. They also manage a brewery and multiple tourism-related services. This role supports U.S.-based clients, requiring availability during U.S. business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
Role Overview: Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage digital communications across the client’s resort, brewery, tourism, and golf brands. This fully remote role is responsible for content scheduling, social media management, website updates, and email campaigns, ensuring all platforms remain current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards. Operating independently in a fast-paced, weather-driven environment, this role acts as the digital marketing engine for the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Platform Management: Post and update content across websites and social media platforms for resort, brewery, tourism, and golf brands. Ensure websites and social media accounts are regularly updated with accurate information, including conditions, hours, events, and promotions. Coordinate and send email newsletters and campaigns.
- Content Coordination: Maintain a structured content calendar for timely posting across all platforms and ensure content consistency across all brands.
- Cross-Brand Efficiency: Coordinate content across multiple platforms, repurposing content across resort, brewery, and tourism brands to maximize engagement and ensure cohesive messaging. Maintain a distinct brand voice for the golf brand while aligning with the overall portfolio.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience, preferably in outdoor recreation, hospitality, or tourism.
- Proficiency managing website content using CMS platforms like Squarespace or WordPress.
- Experience coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns.
Skills
- Strong writing and content scheduling skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and platforms efficiently.
- Proactive, self-directed, and able to operate independently with effective prioritization.
- Comfortable with fast turnaround times in a dynamic, weather-driven environment.
- Passion for outdoor recreation, tourism, and hospitality marketing.
- Photography and videography skills for content creation (preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred).
- Marketing experience within ski, tourism, hospitality, or golf industries (highly advantageous).
