Overview

The Technical Program Manager Infrastructure Security at Scale AI will drive the future of AI and Machine Learning across diverse industries. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Forward Deployed Infrastructure & Security, this role ensures the effective operation of forward deployed engineering teams while upholding the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives for the Infra Security department and set KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Security, Engineering, Product Security, Delivery, and Assurance.
  • Track resourcing including vendor management for the Security departments.
  • Create effective feedback loops with internal teams and partner functions like Legal and HR.
  • Work with customers to define and execute technical requirements.
  • Build and maintain detailed reporting for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry security and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Proven security and compliance experience with cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Project management expertise including planning, organizing, and resource management.
  • Understanding of security practices in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Background in high growth, fast-paced technology companies.
  • Action-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Delivery, Sales, and Engineering teams.
  • Current or past Security Clearance is required.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience in contract review with legal teams.
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture and AI/Machine Learning applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
  • Experience with backlog refinement and roadmapping using tools like Linear and JIRA.
  • Background in Software, Security, or System Engineering.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time role is based in Washington DC. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ranging from $162,750 to $203,700 (dependent on location and experience), equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, learning stipend, and PTO. Additional benefits may include a commuter stipend.
