About the Role
The Strategic Account Executive - Automotive & Robotics at Scale AI reports to the Director of GTM for our Autonomous Vehicle & Robotics vertical and is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our largest, most strategic autonomous driving customers, while prospecting new robotics companies. The role focuses on increasing wallet share, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and understanding customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall relationship with large, complex accounts.
- Develop and foster strong connections with executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally to create and execute comprehensive account strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities along with renewals.
- Serve customers with responsiveness and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Engage with internal teams to provide the voice of the customer and share industry insights.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise customer management
- 2+ years experience selling complex technical solutions
- Proven track record in achieving quota within $500K to $5M+ deals
- Strong communication, consultative and project management skills
- Experience in using sales tools such as Slack, Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers a competitive base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, a learning stipend, and potentially a commuter stipend. Salary ranges for locations like San Francisco, New York, and Seattle are between $140,000 and $175,000 USD.
