Overview
The Sales Development Representative role at Scale AI is for a self-starter with a proven track record, ready to grow a career in the Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence space. Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Business Development, you will identify and qualify sales opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and research.
- Craft highly tailored cold outbound messaging to book meetings.
- Conduct high level qualification conversations with Senior Executives.
- Communicate the value of Scale and its products effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1-2+ years in sales within enterprise software or technical environments.
- Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in unstructured settings.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in AI, Computer Vision, or SaaS technologies.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
Compensation & Benefits
This full-time role offers a base salary between $68,000 and $85,000 USD, plus commission eligibility, equity options, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and additional stipends as applicable.
