Scale’s Enterprise Applications business is rapidly expanding, focusing on developing reliable AI systems for critical decision-making. As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will be instrumental in helping our largest customers build, launch, and scale groundbreaking Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that redefine their industries. You will take full ownership of deployment success, transforming ambitious ideas into tangible impact and ensuring every engagement delivers exceptional results.

In this dynamic role, you will engage directly with data, engineering, business, and AI leaders at leading Enterprises. You will guide projects from initial conversation through delivery, expansion, and the achievement of measurable business outcomes. Internally, you will collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Engineering, and Finance teams to streamline execution, enhance processes, and shape our enterprise delivery approach.

This is a fast-moving, high-impact position that combines customer strategy, operations, product strategy, and execution. You will lead the team that serves as the voice of the customer, ensuring flawless execution of all customer projects.

What You Will Own:

• Client Leadership & Growth: Cultivate relationships with key enterprise customers, ensuring smooth engagements, delivered value, and sustained growth.
• Flawless Delivery & Execution: Oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, meeting timelines, quality standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Strategic Account Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts that drive significant business impact.
• Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Collaborate with EPD (Engineering, Product, Design), Finance, and Operations to eliminate blockers, boost efficiency, and continuously refine our delivery methods.
• Strategic Feedback Loop: Synthesize and communicate customer insights to inform the long-term product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Mastering Complexity & Ambiguity: Provide structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects within dynamic environments.

Ideally, You’d Have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity settings. Successful candidates often have backgrounds in MBB consulting, banking, private equity, or technical product/program management in tech, though alternative profiles are welcomed.
• A technical background (academic or professional experience in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a broader STEM field).
• Exposure to GenAI solutions through current roles or personal projects.
• A proven ability to build and expand client relationships effectively.
• The capacity to understand ML concepts and foster strong relationships with technical customers.
• Extensive cross-functional experience and strong collaborative abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A track record of structured, analytics-driven problem solving.
• A history of diligence and organization across multiple work streams.
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem solving with the scrappiness needed to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on customer and deployment needs.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to enterprise AI or data infrastructure products.
• Deeper industry knowledge in healthcare, consumer, or financial services.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation packages at Scale AI for eligible roles include base salary, equity, and benefits. The salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is: $189,200—$236,500 USD. Scale AI employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process, and confirm whether the hired role will be eligible for an equity grant. You’ll also receive benefits including, but not limited to: comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, a learning and development stipend, and generous PTO. Additionally, this role may be eligible for additional benefits such as a commuter stipend.
