Scale AI is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist, Enterprise to join its rapidly growing Enterprise Applications business. This role is central to developing reliable AI systems for critical decision-making, focusing on helping Scale AI's largest customers build, launch, and scale groundbreaking Generative AI solutions that are set to redefine their respective industries. You will assume full ownership of deployment success, transforming ambitious concepts into tangible impact and ensuring every engagement delivers exceptional results.

In this position, you will directly engage with data, engineering, business, and AI leaders at leading global Enterprises. Your responsibility will span guiding projects from initial discussions through delivery, expansion, and the achievement of measurable business outcomes. Internally, you will collaborate closely with Machine Learning, Engineering, and Finance teams to optimize execution, enhance processes, and shape Scale AI's approach to enterprise delivery.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role that integrates customer strategy, operational excellence, product strategy, and execution. You will lead the team that represents the voice of the customer and ensures the flawless execution of customer projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Growth: Own relationships with key enterprise customers, ensuring smooth engagements, value delivery, and sustained growth.
• Flawless Delivery & Execution: Manage delivery across multiple workstreams, meeting timelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
• Strategic Account Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to drive measurable business impact.
• Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Collaborate with EPD (Engineering, Product, Design), Finance, and Operations to resolve blockers, enhance efficiency, and continuously improve delivery methods.
• Strategic Feedback Loop: Synthesize customer engagement insights to inform the long-term product roadmap and strategic direction.
• Mastering Complexity & Ambiguity: Provide structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects within dynamic environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of work experience in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
• Successful candidates often have backgrounds in MBB consulting, banking, private equity, or technical product/program management in the tech industry.
• A technical background is preferred, with education or professional experience in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a STEM field.
• Exposure to Generative AI solutions through current roles or personal projects.
• A proven track record in building and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to understand Machine Learning concepts and foster strong relationships with technical customers.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Demonstrated structured, analytics-driven problem-solving abilities.
• A history of diligence and organization across multiple workstreams.
• An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem solving with the scrappiness needed to deliver results.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on customer and deployment needs.
