We are looking for qualified support for our Client Success team. You will be the central point of contact for existing customers and interested parties, professionally supporting them with topics related to our wealth management and general account management.Responsibilities
- You are a reliable point of contact for our existing customers and interested parties and support them professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- For complex issues, you coordinate with the relevant specialist departments and partners to ensure solution-oriented support is provided promptly.
- If necessary, you escalate inquiries to our Tier 2 Support.
- You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and actively strengthen customer loyalty.
- You continuously expand your financial expertise through internal training and personal initiative.
- You use customer feedback to identify potential improvements in our product and internal processes, working closely with the Product, Capital Markets, and Operations teams.
Qualifications
- You have experience in customer contact and ideally practical experience in a comparable role.
- You have an affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
- You convince with your friendly and solution-oriented way of working.
- You can work conscientiously and detail-oriented even under time pressure.
- You have very good German language skills (C1) and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
- This position is initially limited to 1 year.
