Our customer service is provided by both external service providers and our in-house teams. This position focuses on Tier 1 support within our in-house service, with a strong emphasis on Account Services. This includes complex tasks such as payment transactions, address changes, and account openings.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate
- You will answer customer inquiries regarding our app, custody accounts, and payment transactions via phone and email.
- You will process inquiries independently and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. If necessary, you will coordinate with other departments or escalate inquiries to our Tier 2 Support.
- You will identify areas for improvement and proactively contribute to the continuous enhancement of our service.
- You enjoy delving into new topics and continuously expanding your knowledge of our products.
Please note: This position is initially limited to one year.
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- You have experience in customer contact – career changers are also very welcome!
- Customer orientation and teamwork are your top priorities.
- You communicate positively and think in a solution-oriented manner.
- You possess very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills (at least B2), both written and spoken.
