Job Overview

In the role of Associate Product Manager - Settlement Services, you will shape the future of Scalable’s fully integrated investment and banking platform. You'll own settlement, clearing, and custody capabilities, collaborating with software engineers, product managers, and academics to deliver innovative product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and deliver the roadmap for clearing, settlement and custody solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.
  • Translate market research, data analysis, and customer feedback into product vision and user stories.
  • Establish relationships with settlement counterparties and central securities depositories.

Qualifications

  • Product management experience or product-focused project leadership in a startup or tech environment.
  • A degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
  • Understanding of product management practices and the ability to convert feedback into strategy.
  • Bonus: Experience with post-trade processes and securities transfers.
