Overview

Savvy Talent is looking for a Founding Product Manager to execute our roadmap faster. You will work closely with the founders and engineering team with full resources provided to move quickly and effectively.

Role Responsibilities

As a Founding Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle, including:

  • Managing the design and rollout of new features
  • Conducting customer interviews and surveys
  • Creating and monitoring product experiments
  • Analyzing product usage data and feedback
  • Defining detailed PRDs for engineering
  • Coordinating release planning and tracking key metrics

Requirements

- 1-3 years in a similar product management role - Experience with B2B SaaS or Marketplace products - Proficiency in Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar tools - Strong skills in data analysis and prioritization - Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in the PST timezone

Bonus Skills

Technical background, UI/UX design experience, and previous exposure to 2-sided marketplaces are highly valued.
