Overview

As the Vice President Brand & Creative Services, you will lead the development, management, and execution of the company’s brand strategy and creative direction across all channels and customer touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy.
  • Develop brand architecture, visual identity, tone, and messaging.
  • Ensure consistency across product lines and marketing materials.

Creative Leadership:

  • Direct creative development of visual and written assets.
  • Provide strategic oversight and quality feedback for major initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation.

Team & Resource Management:

  • Recruit, build and manage a high-performing creative team.
  • Oversee freelancer and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive teams.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns for measurable outcomes.

Brand Governance & Measurement:

  • Establish brand governance standards and training programs.
  • Use research to assess brand health and customer sentiment.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor brands.

Qualifications

Required: Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in brand strategy and creative direction with at least 5 years in an executive role. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or related field required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Proven capabilities in strategic brand building, creative leadership, integrated campaign management, customer-centric strategy, and project management using tools like Asana, Basecamp, or Jira.

Preferred:

Experience in education or EdTech sectors, familiarity with K–12 curriculum initiatives, and a strong portfolio of innovative brand initiatives.
