Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you will join the Marketing & Communication department, a team of 4 collaborators. You will work closely with Savills France teams and maintain constant contact with other Design teams based at headquarters in London and other international locations.
Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations/Tenders: Design and develop presentations for tender responses (PowerPoint, InDesign, digital formats), including defining specific graphic identities, creating templates, mapping data, and enhancing data visualization.
- Sales Support Materials: Develop and update sales support materials for commercial teams (digital brochures, sales presentations).
- Marketing & Communication: Maintain a global vision of all communication materials to ensure consistency, homogeneity, and adherence to the Savills brand image, in line with the Group's graphic charter.
- Content Production: Oversee the production of internal and external communication materials for Savills France, including brochures, presentations, market studies, visuals, banners, website content, videos, newsletters, and merchandise.
- Tool Support: Assist the Marketing team in using creation tools such as Canva or CapCut.
- Trend Monitoring: Actively monitor graphic design trends.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate projects with EMEA Design teams.
Profile
- Creativity, adaptability, and initiative, coupled with strong proposal skills and a true team spirit.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
- Desired experience with creative projects in a premium B2B positioning.
- Knowledge of Ceros and basic motion design and editing skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally gained in collaboration with B2B marketing and sales teams.
