Job Description
Analyst
As an Analyst at Savills, you play a critical role in supporting sales success by transforming market data into clear, commercially informed advice. Based in Savills Melbourne CBD office, working closely with the Commercial Sales team, you will analyse market trends, maintain research insights, and produce high‑quality submissions and marketing materials that shape how assets are positioned and sold. Your work underpins accurate pricing, effective campaigns, and trusted client advice, making the role essential to delivering strong outcomes for both clients and the broader Savills team.
What You’ll be Doing
- Working with the Director of Sales and the whole sales team
- Reporting and advising on market activity, analyse trends, prepare presentations and maintain research databases
- Preparing property submissions for the agent’s pitches
- Preparing Information memorandums and marketing material for upcoming sales campaigns
- Working and collaborating with other divisions within the company to disseminate timely, accurate, and useful information to the team.
- Maintaining an understanding of financial modelling of assets and cash flows
- Maintaining up-to-date economic knowledge and apply an understanding of the influences these have on the property market
What You’ll Bring
- Completed an undergraduate degree in Property or related field (preferred but not essential)
- Basic/general understanding of the property market
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Lateral thinking and problem solving ability
