Overview of the Senior Procurement Analyst Role

This role supports Savers’ vision through expertise in D365 procure-to-pay. You will act as the subject matter expert in D365 Procurement and Sourcing as well as master data management. Your responsibilities include data management, analytics, enhancing process efficiency and supporting the Procurement Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage D365 Procurement and Sourcing master data
• Analyze and report on data compliance and process efficiency
• Support internal and external stakeholders with system issues
• Develop training materials and manage SharePoint communications
• Administer vendor onboarding and qualification processes

Qualifications

Required skills include strong analytical capabilities, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred along with 5+ years of procurement operations experience, ideally in a retail or logistics environment.
