Overview
The Recycling Field Manager at Savers | Value Village is responsible for overseeing recycling operations. This remote role (USA) supports recycling initiatives across PA, NC, NY, TN, and VA by partnering with regional teams and store management.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive hands on training and team coaching.
- Guide store managers in recycling performance.
- Develop new recycling categories and monitor waste reduction.
- Oversee logistics and perform store recycling audits.
- Prepare and deliver recycling reports and updates.
- Maintain safety standards and enforce policies.
Training & Development
Extensive onboarding via Savers University with ongoing internal and external training. Participate regularly in regional and store meetings.
