Job Purpose

The Brand Manager Commercial Vehicles is responsible for building, positioning, and strengthening the brand identity to drive sales, customer loyalty, and market growth. The role requires a highly driven individual to take strategic initiatives in line with approved budgets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement brand strategies for the Saudi Arabian trucks and services market.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and OEM on product positioning and pricing.
  • Design and execute marketing and sales campaigns adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Build and manage a sales team and coordinate commercial vehicle sales force.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across digital, print, events, and showroom displays.
  • Manage partnerships with suppliers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with financial partners on financing and leasing offers.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and performance metrics for campaigns.
  • Guide internal teams on brand identity and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with procurement/SCM for demand planning and stock monitoring.
  • Oversee training programs for customers and internal staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and cultural expectations.

Work Relationships

Works closely with OEM, corporate marketing teams, Service Manager, Training Manager, Product Managers, Sales Representatives, and the Supply Chain team.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or similar fields. MBA in Marketing is an advantage and OEM certifications are valued.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi commercial vehicles market.
  • Strong data analysis and market trend evaluation skills.
  • Experience with marketing agencies and media landscapes.
  • Proficiency in sales technology solutions including CRM, ERP, and AI tools.
  • Excellent command of MS Office Suite and analytics tools like SEO and PPC.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and branding.
