Role Overview

The Senior Full-Stack Developer at Sauce is a one-person strike team role partnering directly with Growth Product Managers. You will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions across web, backend, and mobile (nice-to-have) to transform business hypotheses into production software.

What You'll Do

  • Partner 1:1 with Growth PMs to scope, design, build, and launch software.
  • Own delivery of micro-features, internal tools, and integrations across Sauce products.
  • Design pragmatic architectures with .NET, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Set up analytics, run A/B tests, and monitor experiments.
  • Build and maintain 3P integrations including payments and logistics.
  • Ship fast using CI/CD, feature flags, and manage on-call responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with core R&D and document pathways from prototype to product.

Technical Stack

The role primarily uses .NET 8/C#, React + Next.js + TypeScript, select Node.js services, MongoDB/SQL, Azure/GCP, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions). Experience with React Native/Adalo and tools like n8n/Make/Zapier is a plus.

  • 8+ years of hands-on development in .NET/C# and frontend frameworks.
  • Experience in high-traffic B2C platforms and production software delivery.
  • Expertise in API integrations, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver from prototype to production.
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen.
