What You'll Be Doing as Regulatory Compliance Officer

  • Conduct regulatory analysis across European obligations, with focus on Luxembourg and Italy.
  • Perform risk and gap assessments to ensure robust compliance.
  • Support policy framework management with updated manuals and procedures.
  • Execute compliance monitoring programs and perform thematic reviews.
  • Assist in creating compliance reports for senior management.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of compliance or audit experience in e-money/payment institutions.
  • Solid knowledge of EU regulations like PSD2, DORA, SEPA (bonus for GDPR, MiFID II).
  • Strong cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Hands-on experience with quality assurance and monitoring processes.
  • Efficient task management and attention to deadlines under pressure.
