What You’ll Be Doing
As a KYB Analyst, you will be essential in ensuring smooth onboarding for our business partners while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Working closely with Compliance, FinCrime, and Business Operations teams, you will:
- Perform business due diligence by reviewing merchants' documentation.
- Assess business profiles to identify risks and inconsistencies.
- Support businesses during the onboarding process via email.
- Conduct screening using PEP, sanctions lists, and adverse media.
- Evaluate risk levels and contribute to risk-based onboarding improvements.
Who We’re Looking For
If you are a problem-solver with 2+ years of experience in KYB/Compliance roles, particularly in fintech, financial services, or startups, you might be a perfect fit. Key qualifications include:
- Relevant experience in KYB/Compliance
- Regulatory knowledge including AML/CTF frameworks
- Analytical mindset to spot red flags
- Professional fluency in English; Italian is a plus
