What You'll Be Doing
In your role as the Compliance Officer Investment Products Luxembourg, you will ensure adherence to regulations with a focus on MiFID II across investment offerings. You will support and maintain a robust Compliance Monitoring Programme, perform risk management duties including identifying and mitigating compliance risks (especially linked to crypto-assets), and support regulatory reporting and interactions with auditors and regulators.
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Compliance department in maintaining controls and monitoring frameworks.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks including crypto-asset-specific risks.
- Monitoring regulatory changes and advising management and product teams on impacts.
- Contributing to regulatory strategy and license extension processes.
- Assisting with compliance policies, reports, and regulatory questionnaires.
- Preparing responses for audits and coordinating with regulators.
- Developing and delivering compliance training programs.
Who We're Looking For
You have 3-5 years compliance experience in regulated financial institutions with hands-on exposure to MiFID II and preferably experience in Luxembourg or Europe. A strong regulatory knowledge, AML/CFT understanding, excellent communication skills, and an interest in fintech and investments are essential.
