About The Role
If you've already automated a workflow with an LLM, if you know what an AI agent can realistically do (and not do) on a CRM, and if you're looking for the most demanding environment to push boundaries further, this is for you!
We're not looking for someone to just 'do reporting' or 'administer a CRM.' We're seeking someone who designs systems: architectures where data is cleaned, controlled, and distributed without recurrent human intervention. Where Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success teams spend their time serving healthcare professionals and patients.

Your Profile
You have previously held a role in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Operations, or Operations Systems, with genuine structuring responsibility. You don't just produce manual reports; you build systems that durably replace manual tasks, reduce errors, and make the business more steerable.
Crucially, you don't wait for a subject to be perfectly defined before moving forward: you propose options, make trade-offs visible, and link your work to business impact.
You already use AI in your work—not as a gimmick, but as an execution lever. You've experimented with LLMs, agents, or automation tools to solve concrete problems. You know that the value lies not in the tool itself, but in the architecture you build around it.
