About the Role

Sartorius is seeking a dynamic and analytical Strategy Analyst to join our Lab Product Solutions division. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our lab products and services, driving innovation, and supporting strategic growth initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather market, customer, and scientific intelligence.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support revenue growth.
  • Research lab technologies such as live cell imaging and protein analysis.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer KPIs, and competitor activity.
  • Lead primary and secondary research to build business cases and financial models.
  • Support product management in business case development and voice-of-customer initiatives.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, or a STEM-related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in life sciences within corporate strategy, management consulting, or product strategy.
  • 2+ years experience in analytical problem solving, financial analysis, market research, or change management.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
