Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Customer Success Management team at Sartorius. The role focuses on enabling a high level of customer service through successful implementation of customer focused activities and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the point of contact for strategic and global key account sales teams.
  • Collaborate with internal functions including Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.
  • Develop, coordinate, and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead customer-related topics for single use products and mitigate risks.
  • Monitor global and customer KPIs such as OTIF and customer experience scorecards.
  • Participate in SRM/business reviews and update contractual clauses.
  • Manage validated/rejected customer sites lists.
  • Analyze customer forecasts to secure product supply.
  • Work with internal teams to define and meet service level agreements.
  • Integrate new business opportunities via effective project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent professional background.
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with supply chain knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex data.
  • Experience with SAP (Order Management & Supply) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
