About the Role

Sartorius is seeking an Automation Manager – Test Automation & AI for Digital Platforms in the Digital Customer Experience department. This role is key in transforming manual testing into intelligent automation and leveraging AI to enhance our digital platforms including eCommerce solutions and corporate websites.

Responsibilities

  • Automate recurring manual test cases using Robot Framework, Playwright, and Python.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor testing activities in an agile environment.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and implement regression tests.
  • Establish and automate testing standards with automated test case creation.
  • Collect and translate requirements into sustainable test concepts.
  • Collaborate independently with business owners to drive test automation.

Qualifications

  • Degree in IT, Test Management, Automation, Software Development or related field.
  • Several years of experience in test automation in agile organizations.
  • Proficient with Robot Framework, Playwright, Python, AI technologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required.
