About the Role: Technical Account Manager
Sardine is experiencing rapid customer acquisition and executing an ambitious roadmap. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be crucial in building a world-class customer success team, supporting our fraud, payments, and compliance-related products. This role uniquely blends Account Manager and Solution Architect responsibilities. You will manage key customer accounts, serving as their primary stakeholder within Sardine, and helping them maximize the value derived from our products and services. Daily collaboration with Sardine's risk analytics, data science, integrations, and product teams will be essential to address customer risk, fraud, compliance, and payment needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing daily needs and long-term opportunities to maximize their ROI with Sardine.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sardine's product, technology, and strategy, communicating these effectively to clients.
- Translate complex product and technology challenges into clear, actionable solutions, managing the solution process both internally and externally.
- Provide expert advice and best practices on fraud and compliance matters.
- Build, monitor, and effectively communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to clients.
- Offer strategic analysis and critical thinking for long-term expansion planning.
- Work collaboratively with Sardine's risk analytics teams to proactively identify and resolve new fraud typologies, communicating findings to customers.
What You’ll Need
- 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS, with a solid understanding of API integrations.
- Proven domain expertise in compliance, fintech, fraud, or AML/KYC.
- Exceptional analytical skills, excelling at data analysis and insight extraction.
- Proficiency in using business intelligence tools.
- Ability to translate complex strategies into actionable processes and measurable outcomes.
- Natural ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills for virtual and in-person meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Previous customer-facing experience, ideally with a technical product.
- Exceptional project management skills, synthesizing inputs and balancing multiple stakeholder needs.
- A proactive mindset focused on process improvement.
- A passion for enhancing customer efficiency.
