About The Role
We are seeking an Integrations Engineer to spearhead client onboarding for Sardine’s comprehensive fraud and compliance products. In this role, you will manage end-to-end integrations, effectively translating complex technical requirements into practical solutions and ensuring seamless, successful deployments. This is a hands-on position requiring close collaboration with both clients and internal teams, ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at solving intricate problems with scalable solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work closely with clients, providing comprehensive support throughout their onboarding process to ensure their success.
- Own and maintain APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and all relevant support documents.
- Analyze clients' technical and functional requirements to design effective solutions, utilizing a deep understanding of Sardine's system and product capabilities.
- Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, adhering to timelines, mitigating risks, and driving deliverables to completion.
- Develop a profound understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to deliver tailored solutions leveraging Sardine's technology.
- Provide valuable product feedback to internal stakeholders, serving as the 'eyes and ears on the ground'.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Systems Analyst, demonstrating strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience collaborating with multiple internal and external technical teams.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience within relevant domains like payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Proficiency in basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts for internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).
Compensation
Base pay range of $110,000 - $150,000, complemented by Series-C Equity with significant upside potential and attractive benefits.
