Location

About The Role
Sardine is seeking an AI Product Manager to spearhead the definition, rollout, and evolution of its AI-powered product experiences. This position bridges machine learning, product strategy, and user experience, focusing on translating advanced AI capabilities into practical, customer-facing solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Defining and launching the next generation of GenAI features and client-facing agents.
- Responsible for building agents customized for specific clients.
- Collaborating across Data Science, Engineering, and Sales teams, particularly aiding in the RFP process and Model Governance.
- Responsible for feature engineering to detect sophisticated fraud vectors such as synthetic identities, account takeover, and bot attacks.
- Own the ML Platform used to detect sophisticated financial crime vectors (synthetic identity, account takeover, bot attacks).
What You'll Bring
- Strong technical foundation, with 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience building or shipping AI products, especially where ML or GenAI capabilities were embedded into real user workflows.
- Ability to work fluently with ML and data teams on concepts like models, experimentation, metrics, and trade-offs.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the Fraud, Risk, AML, or Compliance domain, particularly in FinTech or financial services.
- Understanding of metrics and performance tracking related to platform performance, reliability, and developer experience, including uptime, latency, and throughput.
