Overview of the Role

Saputo Inc. is a top 10 global dairy processor committed to quality, safety and community. As a QC Technician Laboratory, you will report to the QC Supervisor and perform analysis on raw materials and finished products, monitor HACCP, and support the Packaging Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor plant practices and equipment per GMP standards.
  • Conduct chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret product samples.
  • Perform data entry and prepare shift reports.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
  • Assist in resolving quality control and food safety issues.
  • Investigate customer and consumer complaints.

Work Schedule & Benefits
