Overview of the Role
Saputo Inc. is a top 10 global dairy processor committed to quality, safety and community. As a QC Technician Laboratory, you will report to the QC Supervisor and perform analysis on raw materials and finished products, monitor HACCP, and support the Packaging Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor plant practices and equipment per GMP standards.
- Conduct chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic analyses.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product samples.
- Perform data entry and prepare shift reports.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment.
- Assist in resolving quality control and food safety issues.
- Investigate customer and consumer complaints.
Work Schedule & Benefits
The position features flexible shifts (8-10 hours) with shifts starting early morning, afternoon, or late night. Benefits include group insurance, pension enrollment, employee share plans, and wellness programs.
