What You'll Build

As a member of the SIX Design & Piloting team, you will gain valuable insights into the SAP Industries & Experiences organization. You will contribute to various projects, learning how SAP strategy translates into customer outcomes across the entire journey, from initial engagement to long-term value realization.

You will work closely with project managers, supporting daily activities and contributing to key strategic projects. Your responsibilities include preparing meetings, planning and facilitating workshops, and creating impactful presentations. You will also coordinate and moderate internal meetings.

Beyond these tasks, you'll play a vital role in strengthening internal and external communications. Additionally, you will support essential back-office and administrative activities, managing internal communication channels like MS Teams and SharePoint.

To excel, you should be proactive, bring forward new ideas, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. Strong teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are crucial. Identifying challenges, developing solutions, and taking initiative for improvements are essential.

You will also join SAP's vibrant student community, connecting with peers and participating in shared activities.

What You Bring

  • Student at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications or comparable fields.
  • Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner, Project).
  • Language skills: Very good verbal and written English communication skills; German is a plus.
  • Soft skills: Expert in organizing, dedicated to delivering high-quality results, open for learning, strong team player.
  • Nice-to-have qualifications: Project Management, experience in communications, text writing, generative AI, content creation, social media, and administrative tasks.
  • Working from the office (Walldorf/St. Leon Rot, Germany) is required once a week, so you should be located a maximum of 100 km around Walldorf.
