What You'll Build

This role provides students with the opportunity to influence customer solution adoption, consumption, and expansion. You will also support content projects in strategy and technology for Customer Engagement Advisory.

Your Responsibilities

  • Qualification and monitoring of incoming tickets in CEA Unified Ticketing
  • Data maintenance and dispatching of tickets
  • Implementation of Enablement Sessions, liaison with internal teams
  • Operations support for proactive Customer Engagement activities
  • Editing and publishing content assets including articles, blog posts, and videos
  • Designing communication assets like PowerPoint presentations and flyers
  • Supporting internal communication, enablement projects, ad-hoc tasks, and special activities
  • Event management support from planning to follow-up

What You Bring

You must be a current student from a university or university of applied sciences in fields such as Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or comparable. Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), fluent German and English, and an open, creative, and proactive attitude are required. Previous experience in communications, marketing or project management is a plus.

Additional Information

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position with a focus on Customer Engagement Advisory in SAP's Customer Services & Delivery organization. Working from the office is required.
