What You'll Build
Join our Governance, Compliance and Certifications team to help keep SAP’s cloud portfolio trusted and audit-ready. As a Working Student - Cloud Compliance Communication, you will play a crucial role in developing communication strategies that promote awareness of compliance processes across our cloud product portfolio. Your contributions will ensure stakeholders understand key requirements and that our governance activities remain transparent and effective.
Working alongside the team, you will support tracking progress on strategic compliance initiatives and contribute to awareness campaigns. These campaigns will simplify complex compliance processes and new initiatives, making them accessible to a broader audience. You will also be instrumental in creating training and onboarding materials, helping both stakeholders and new employees grasp compliance and cloud processes. We leverage AI and other advanced tools to streamline communication and training, providing a forward-thinking environment. Additionally, you will conduct research on emerging trends and best practices to inform our communication and enablement efforts.

We are seeking a curious, reliable, and proactive student who communicates clearly and enjoys structured project work. In return, you will build highly market-relevant skills in cloud compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic enablement, process excellence, transparency, and responsible AI, delivering tangible outcomes within a supportive, high-trust team.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer science, economics, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Computer skills / Programming languages: Proficient in MS 365, experience with Project Management tools.
- Language skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal), basic German (written and verbal).
- Other important skills/experience: Strong analytical and communication skills, agility, openness, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, first experience in project management, passion for compliance and certifications.
- Working from the Garching office is required.
Where You Belong
The Governance, Compliance & Certification Office is responsible for overseeing the obligations of all customer-facing cloud development and operations across our consumer base. We offer you the opportunity to be a key player within our highly motivated Office, translating complex compliance and legal language into tangible good practices, while supporting and consulting stakeholders along the cloud value chain.
Your application documents should include a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, a certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages.
