Your Role as Solution Demand Management Specialist, Customer Advisory BTP, Data & AI

As a Solution Demand Management Specialist, Customer Advisory BTP, Data & AI, you will be accountable for generating and enabling sustainable revenue growth via new Cloud bookings, adoption, and consumption for the BTP, Data & AI Portfolio. This role spans all Industries and MEE Market Units. You will scale Go-To-Market strategies and orchestrate the execution of BTP, Data & AI Demand Plays in collaboration with Customer Advisory, Sales, Customer Success, Field Marketing, the Partner ecosystem, and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize Demand Strategy: Execute Demand Plays in collaboration with MEE Demand Play Program Leads, driving sales and consumption through demand planning and execution on territory and account level.
• Demand Discovery: Conduct whitespace analysis to identify target customer segments and potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Demand Framework Governance: Develop and embed standards for demand play execution, including management of a customer engagement service portfolio, service catalogue, and operational delivery model.
• Market Unit Demand Management: Build, steer, and maintain healthy sales and consumption pipelines for Demand Plays within one MEE market unit. Provide transparency on execution results, share best practices, and contribute to global QBRs and regional feedback.
• Customer and Partner Events: Co-own and deliver customer events in close collaboration with Field Marketing, Partners, and CSMs, managing content strategy, targeting, communication, and follow-up orchestration.
• Demand Excellence and Innovation: Lead transformation of BTP demand processes, enabling scale, efficiency, and adoption of new modalities, tools, and campaigns to drive sales and consumption.
• Deal Support: Provide direct support for selected 1:1 customer engagement customer-facing.

What You Bring

• Comprehensive Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with several years of experience in Enterprise IT and SaaS/PaaS markets.
• Domain Expertise: Recognized expert for SAP Business Technology Platform, Business Data Cloud, and Business AI, paired with strong technical knowledge of Cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Experience with ERP, S/4HANA, or SAP Line of Business solutions is a plus.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Proven ability to design and implement demand generation programs, manage customer engagements, lead projects across teams, and hold project members accountable.
• Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Cloud and Technology Proficiency: Solid knowledge of public cloud platforms and providers, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud. Practice in Consumption-based Cloud Business Models is an advantage.
• Team-oriented Working Style: Independent, goal-driven professional with a positive attitude, eagerness to adapt, and a commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.
• Communication and Language Requirements: Outstanding communication and presentation skills, fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus), and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
