Your Role as a Senior Customer Success Partner - Integrated Toolchain

You will be a vital part of a global team within SAP Business Transformation Management Customer Success, dedicated to making the Integrated Toolchain a reality for strategic customers. Your responsibilities include identifying and driving use cases based on specific customer needs, realizing these solutions, and meticulously tracking their value. This role is crucial for driving success in Business Transformation Management (BTM), incubating methodologies, and establishing foundations for scalable solutions across SAP.

You will engage in both short-term and long-term customer assignments. Additionally, you'll contribute to Integrated Toolchain deep dive sessions, gathering valuable customer feedback and collaborating directly with product teams to define future product roadmaps.

In your daily work, you'll ensure that a customer's business strategy translates effectively into execution. This involves engaging with technical teams, such as Enterprise Architects, Business Process Management Experts, and Transformation Leads, as well as senior management and C-level executives. By building trustful relationships, you will generate impactful and referenceable customer success stories.

To achieve your objectives, you will collaborate with experts from SAP BTM, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP CS&D, and key partners like Tricentis and Syniti. Your contributions will be highly visible, scalable, and create lasting impact.

What You Bring

You are a customer-focused professional with a hands-on approach, ready to translate SAP's Business Transformation Management vision into tangible reality. We're looking for:

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of these solutions: SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis, Syniti.
  • Proven experience in enterprise business transformation projects, aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps (e.g., SAP S/4HANA transformation, RISE transformation).
  • Solid understanding of SAP’s Business Transformation Management strategy, its latest product portfolio, innovations, and their impact on customers.
  • A value-driven mindset, consistently assessing and measuring the value of planned and realized actions.
  • An open, collaborative approach, excelling at cross-team and partner engagements.
  • Continuous drive for standardization, repeatability, and scalable delivery models.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly thrive in new environments and grow rapidly.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at interacting with senior management and C-levels, across both IT teams and business functions.
