Role Overview
The SAP iXP Intern Technical Writer - Cloud Lifecycle Management works on developing technical content including product documentation, blogs, tutorials, and video demonstrations. Interns will be trained by experienced user assistance developers while working in a collaborative and diverse environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in role-specific trainings to learn user assistance fundamentals.
- Create educational videos, blogs, help pages, infographics and more.
- Utilize tools such as DITA-based content management, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Skills and Competencies
- University student in Philology (preferred) or Computer Science with excellent English.
- Fluent in written and verbal English.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and organized work approach.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.

Additional Information
This internship is based in Sofia, Bulgaria with an expectation of three office days per week. It is a paid 6-month contract with varying weekly hours (20/30/40 hours). Student status is mandatory.
