Experience Centers are innovation hubs delivering an interactive and immersive experience to visitors. SAP Experience Centers make SAP’s brand, products and innovations tangible and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Our team manages the business operations at SAP's Experience Center in Walldorf. We design and coordinate exceptional customer experiences for visits and smaller events. As the flagship center at SAP’s headquarters, we lead in pioneering innovations and scaling best practices to other Experience Center locations worldwide.

What You’ll Do as an SAP iXp Intern, Experience Center Planner

Immerse yourself in an exciting work environment at the SAP Experience Center Walldorf and join our vibrant student community. We are seeking a highly motivated intern eager to take on:

• Diverse Responsibilities: Get involved and ensure the smooth operation of the Experience Center.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with fellow students to provide top-notch daily support and customer service.
• Customer Experience Creation: Accompany our customers and create engaging experiences at the Experience Center and on the SAP Campus.
• Content & Design: Develop customized marketing assets for tailored customer tours, helping to represent SAP to customers and partners.
• Event Organization: Support the planning and execution of key internal and customer events.
• Project Management: Lead and contribute to clearly defined projects at the Experience Center as well as in the EMEA region.

Who You Are

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and stays curious. This position is perfect for you if you:

We are seeking an intern (f/m/d) to support us onsite in Walldorf for a duration of six months. It is essential that you are enrolled at a university throughout the internship.
