The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program. It provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers, serving as a foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position: SAP iXp Intern - Business Process Mining
This role is located in Budapest, Hungary, for a duration of 12 months with potential for prolongation, provided active, full-time student status criteria are met. The time commitment is a minimum of 24 hours per week, with other available schedules including 30, 32, or 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Testing and quality assurance: Evaluate upcoming process mining functionalities in ServiceNow before release, ensuring they meet quality standards and user needs.
- Issue tracking and resolution: Raise bug tickets and actively monitor their progress to ensure timely fixes.
- System administration: Configure and maintain admin settings to support smooth operations.
- Project coordination: Keep our JIRA project organized by maintaining accurate task statuses and ensuring the team stays aligned.
- Meeting facilitation: Organize team meetings and distribute clear, actionable meeting minutes.
- Cross-cultural collaboration: Work alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds across our global organization.
- Skill development: Build your expertise in process mining techniques through real-world application and mentorship.
What You Bring
- Enrolment as a full-time student on active semester (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, IT, or any related field.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian languages.
- Strong communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Organizational excellence: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain project documentation, and keep workflows running smoothly.
- Analytical mindset: Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail to identify issues and drive improvements.
Nice To Have
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with process mining tools or concepts.
- Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
Where You Belong
Our Business Process and Solution Management organization drives the Golden Process standard for Customer Support, Cloud Operations, and other functions. This harmonizing task leverages data and facts through Value Management via Process Mining, including onboarding various SAP units to standard processes and tools, solution management for supporting products, and development of the Customer Support Master Data App. The organization consists of approximately 40 colleagues in Service Management Processes and Solutions.
