What You'll Do

We are seeking new employees (m/w/d) for the SAP Premium Hub - Center of Expertise (CoE) to collaborate with us in shaping the continuous technical progress and digital transformation for SAP's largest customers in Analytics & Data Management.

Within the CoE, we assist our customers in implementing SAP software, ensuring successful planning, implementation, integration, and operation of their solutions. This includes quality management, problem resolution, and essential knowledge transfer.

Your career within SAP service can flourish, whether your passion lies on the technical or functional side of Analytics & Data Management. Our team of business process consultants addresses both aspects using tools and technologies around SAP Data Warehouse (BW/4), SAP Datasphere, and Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) technologies like SAP Data Service or SAP Data Intelligence. Beyond this technical foundation, we also engage with Content and Business Content in Analytics, encompassing Sustainability-Reporting and Group Reporting within analytics solutions. We empower our customers to integrate and leverage Business AI wherever possible in Data Management and Analytics, driving better business operations with state-of-the-art technologies.

Within the Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE), your responsibilities will include:

• Holistic support for SAP implementation, digital transformation, and cloud transition projects.
• Creation of business process design, architecture, scalability, security, and operations concepts for SAP solutions.
• Knowledge transfer as part of training and project support for customers and partners.
• Analysis of critical customer situations, including performance, scalability, custom-code, and implementation design.

What You Bring

• Preferably a Master's Degree in natural sciences, economics, or engineering sciences (e.g., computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics).
• Strong customer orientation with a focus on quality.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills for solving complex problems; a structured, reliable, and independent work style, especially in dynamic IT landscapes and innovative customer technologies.
• Good programming skills and practical experience in at least one programming language.
• Very good English language skills (C1 Level), both spoken and written. German knowledge is a nice-to-have for constructive and open communication within the team and with customers.
• Certification as SAP Certified Associate - Data Engineer - SAP BW/4HANA.
• Knowledge and practical experience with products such as SAP Business Warehouse (BW), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere (DSP), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Work experience of 2+ years with SAP applications in analytics and data management, specifically in Consulting, Product Management, Development, or Pre-Sales & Prototyping.
