This position offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity within a global leader, fostering continuous learning and growth.

  • Interacting with employees to clarify questions regarding SAP policies.
  • Managing the adoption and localization of global compliance projects.
  • Monitoring changes in legal and regulatory guidelines applicable to SAP and proactively developing solutions.
  • Effectively channeling inquiries and complaints, providing advice, and assisting in response mechanisms.
  • Monitoring global compliance trends, including industry failures and internal trends, to inform leadership, newsletters, and employee groups.
  • Tracking and reporting compliance issues to OEC management periodically.

This role involves working on company policies and procedural changes, liaising with multiple areas to ensure policy alignment. The position reports to the Regional Compliance Officer, Americas, offering excellent exposure within the business.
