What You’ll Do
As an Expert DevOps Engineer for SAP S4HANA, you will manage daily cloud operations of the SAP Sovereign Cloud landscape. This role involves analyzing, designing, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining various SAP S4/HANA system components.
- Design, implement, monitor, and optimize SAP S4HANA systems for the Sovereign Cloud.
- Manage life cycle activities like Hotfixes, Upgrades, and EPs.
- Provision, monitor and operate cloud services ensuring SLAs and KPIs.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with global teams and provide on-call support as needed.
What You Bring
A minimum of 12 years of SAP experience with at least 2 years focusing on SAP S4HANA and/or SAP Payroll is required. You should have hands-on experience with SAP Basis, database management, Windows/Linux OS, and hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, or GCP. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Prior experience with Terraform and Ansible is a plus.

You will join the SAP Sovereign Cloud Delivery India unit, working closely with central Architecture, Security, Engineering, Regulatory, and Governance teams to deliver secure and compliant cloud services in India.
