The Role: Digital Selling and Customer Acquisition Working Student
In this role, you’ll contribute to extending SAP’s market reach by helping to generate new business opportunities and nurturing potential customers across the region. You’ll play a key role in connecting with prospects, understanding their challenges, and supporting the sales team in turning interest into impactful opportunities. Your efforts will support digital transformation across industries, empowering companies to grow sustainably and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn how to execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email to identify and qualify potential leads
- Support the team in accelerating the sales pipeline by re-engaging with discontinued, disqualified, or aged leads
- Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to plan and execute lead-generation activities, ensuring effective territory coverage and campaign follow-up
- Manage and qualify leads using SAP’s global standards, and hand over the qualified opportunities to Sales and Partners for further engagement
- Regularly review lead progression and provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
- Learn to work with partners and co-driving demand generation in Partner Led Territories
- Participate in training and enablement sessions to enhance your skills in demand generation, communication, and SAP’s solutions
What We Look For
- Current University or equivalent College Bachelor student in Germany in fields like Business Administration, Management, Sales, Marketing, Data/Process Management, or IT/Digital Transformation
- Proficiency in English and German is a must
- Preferably bring Digital (Remote) Experience, specifically in Social Selling and/or Customer Centric Selling (Calling)
- You are a creative and competitive personality who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious

The Digital Sales Development team for Partner-Led Territories guides and develops customers to take informed decisions in the early stages of their digital transformation journey by creating a world-class engagement experience. This team is responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of sales opportunities. Our teams work closely with partners and have a clear focus on Midmarket and New Customers for SAP. Working from the Walldorf office is required once a week.
