About the Role

This position is part of SAP's Academy for Services & Consulting, a 12-15 month graduate program with job rotations across various business lines including consulting, project management, technical and solution support. You will learn to plan, implement, integrate, and operate SAP solutions while navigating customer digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom-based and on-the-job training.
• Engage in job rotations to build comprehensive business process knowledge.
• Support digital transformation and solution deployments for customers.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop communication, problem solving, and technical skills.

Educational Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0-3 years of customer facing experience. Key skills include effective communication, teamwork, problem solving, and a drive for continuous learning. Preferred areas include Enterprise Architecture, Analytics, and SAP Cloud solutions.
