The Role: AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a visionary AI Solution Architect to lead the transformation of our DMLT service portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will bridge complex business needs with cutting-edge technology, converting manual service implementations into fully autonomous, self-driving solutions. Your impact will extend beyond designing the future of DMLT services; you will be instrumental in building it.

Strategic Solution Design & Presales Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end automated ecosystems that significantly reduce human touchpoints, driving our services towards a zero-touch delivery model.
• Lead the hands-on design and deployment of AI Agents and intelligent automation pipelines capable of reasoning, executing, and self-healing.
• Deconstruct complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures utilizing SAP Business AI, Python, and ABAP.
• Serve as the primary technical voice, influencing stakeholders from Consultants to the C-Suite on the value of automation and establishing the strategic roadmap.
• Maintain expertise in the latest SAP Business AI advancements, enabling customers to leverage AI and advanced analytics for a competitive edge.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of Consulting or Development experience, including 5+ years in end-to-end AI/ML/RPA deployment.
• Expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and Microsoft Power Platform (preferably with proven Power Automate experience).
• Proficiency in integration technologies and APIs.
• Experience with SAP ERP, SAP GUI scripting, BAPIs, RFCs, and various connectors for automation.
• Proven capability to design comprehensive automation solutions for intricate SAP landscapes, along with the ability to identify, prioritize, and define high-value SAP automation use cases.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.).

Compensation Transparency

SAP is committed to pay transparency, contributing to an honest and supportive culture and demonstrating our dedication to pay equity. The targeted combined range for this AI Solution Architect position, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target, is 135,600 - 230,600 USD. The actual offer will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, scope, and location. Any variable incentive payout is subject to company and personal performance.
