What You'll Build as an AI and UI Apps Development Support Intern

Our team is dedicated to creating world-class user experiences for Customer Engagement roles through modern, cloud-centric tools and applications. Our mission is to ensure 'happy users on a cool infrastructure,' enabling our customer-facing colleagues to work efficiently and consistently delight customers. The solutions we develop leverage SAP's latest innovations, including Fiori, Machine Learning, and the Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP) on Node.js. These run on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP Cloud Platform) and SAP’s internal infrastructure. A significant focus is enhancing our applications with AI and automated processes using Agentic AI, making our solutions increasingly intelligent and efficient.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferably studying Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong interest in new and innovative technologies, with a passion for building prototypes and proofs of concept to integrate new capabilities into existing processes.
• Solid programming experience, ideally including frameworks such as LangChain / LangGraph, Angular, and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with SAP UI5 is a plus, but this knowledge can be acquired on the job.
• Fluent English language skills are essential; knowledge of German is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a Scrum/Agile team environment while also taking ownership of tasks and working independently, driven by intrinsic motivation to deliver excellent results.
• Occasional work from the St. Leon-Rot office is required; candidates not within commuting distance may be disqualified.
• Must have at least 2 semesters of studies remaining until degree completion.

We provide in-depth, hands-on training to familiarize you with our products and technologies. Additionally, you will be supported by a dedicated mentor and a collaborative team throughout your internship.
