Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Intern to support our Human Resources team remotely.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard interns for various roles.
- Support new intern orientation and training.
- Track daily intern activities and address issues.
- Update and maintain intern records.
- Manage intern benefits such as certificates and recognition.
- Organize virtual HR team meetings and events.
- Track intern performance and provide feedback.
- Assist in HR projects as needed.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
