Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic HR interns to join our team remotely. This internship is designed for learning, observation, and hands-on exposure to HR processes, without direct responsibility for HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe HR workflows, policies, recruitment (posting, resume screening, interview scheduling) and onboarding (forms, documentation, induction sessions) processes.
- Attend virtual HR meetings and take notes.
- Explore HR tools, templates, and reporting formats.
- Research HR trends, engagement ideas, and summarize case studies/webinars.
- Prepare presentations, infographics, maintain a learning journal, participate in fun HR activities, and submit weekly updates to mentors.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and responsibly in a remote setting.
- Eager to learn and observe HR practices.
