About The Role
Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement an effective AI control framework. This role ensures regulatory compliance and robust risk mitigation through a technically grounded and pragmatic approach.
Key Responsibilities
Control Framework & Design
- Define and maintain the AI control framework, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as COSO, COBIT, NIST, and internal policies.
- Design comprehensive technical and operational controls across the entire AI lifecycle, including:
- Training and validation data controls
- Model explainability, robustness, and bias management
- Monitoring, performance tracking, and retraining mechanisms
Implementation & Assurance
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the effective and practical implementation of controls.
- Define clear control evidence requirements, establish effective testing approaches, and develop key control metrics.
- Provide support for self-assessments, 2LoD reviews, and various internal control activities.

Education
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field (Required).
- Certifications related to internal control, IT risk, or compliance (Preferred).
Professional Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in internal control, technical compliance, or IT controls (Required).
- 2+ years of domain-specific experience in financial services (Preferred).
Hard Skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of established control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, or NIST (Required).
- Experience in MLOps, Data Governance, or Model Risk Management (Preferred).
Soft Skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
